Last night I was very lucky to get a 'sneak peek' of tonights "Feed My Tummy" art show that is going to be at Prototype in Ala Moana. The show is going to be a custom toy show, and if you have never seen a custom toy show before, you need to check this out tonight!!

Prototype and 808orbit presents the debut urban art show "Feed My Tummy" at Prototype Ala Moana on December 1st, 2009 from 6:00-9:00pm. The December 1st evening launches the worldwide premiere of Indonesian artist Marine Randamhi's Jouwe Tummy urban designer vinyl figure.
The resin urban art figure is the first of it's kind in Hawaii, and for the first time ever, people from Hawaii and beyond will have the opportunity to view these works of art up close and personal at the "Feed My Tummy" show.
A number of worldy-known group of artists will be customizing Marine's highly limited special edition 10 inch resin Jouwe Tummy figure. The customized Jouwe Tummy urban designer figures will be on exhibit at Prototype's Ala Moana store location for the month of December. All figures will be sold for auction online on January 1, 2010, and a portion of the proceeds will go towards the Hawaii Foodbank.
Artists include Angry Woebots (Hawaii, USA), Arkiv (Indonesia), Brent Nolasco (Pennsylvania, USA), CKaweeks (Hawaii, USA), Jonpaulkaiser (Leicesters, United Kingdom), Katbrunnegraff (Ohio, USA), Leecifer (California, USA), Lou Pimentel (New York, USA), Newkon (Hawaii, USA), Pancho Abalos (Hawaii, USA), Peekaboo (Washington, USA), Phu (Singapore), Scribe (Missouri, USA), Squidnik (Nevada, USA) and 2H (California, USA).

.... I have seen the art (toys), it is amazing!! Definitely come down to ala moana tonight. Do some Christmas shopping, take pictures with Santa, see some cool art at Prototype, find me in the dressing room at Victoria Secret, stare at toys again, hang out, I will see you there.
